## Quick DPI guide

- **72 DPI** — Screen only. Web graphics, on-screen PDFs, slide decks. Will look blurry when printed.
- **150 DPI** — Everyday office printing. Internal documents, home printer output, drafts. Good balance of quality and file size.
- **300 DPI** — Professional print. Anything going to a print shop, client deliverables, posters, marketing material.

## Usage tips

- Set your document to the exact pixel dimensions from the chart before you start designing, not after.
- When switching between A4 and Letter, always check the aspect ratio: content designed for one will be cut off or leave white space on the other.
- Exporting a PDF? Choose 300 DPI in the export dialog for print, 72 or 150 DPI for screen-only distribution to keep the file small.
- Pixel values are rounded to whole pixels; the inch and millimeter columns are the exact reference values.
